A DAY IN OLD TOWN, SAN DIEGO

My wonderful and talented photographer friend Maddie Tencate and I have talked about taking pictures together since we met in the beginning of the year. I've never had my picture taken before other than for the school yearbook, so I was a bit unsure, purely because I thought I'd be too awkward. Little did I know, that it doesn't matter how awkward you are because if your photographer is talented enough and has 'the vision' the pictures will turn out regardless. Fast forward to last Saturday morning in Old Town, San Diego, where we finally got started on our first shoot together.
I'm not going to lie, I still felt awkward but as time went on, the more confident I became.

OUTFIT DETAILS
The hat I'm wearing is the 'Fiddler Cap' by Brixton, I bought mine in a size small.
The dress I'm wearing is from Forever 21 but it's about a year old, so they no longer carry the exact one. I bought mine in a size small. I have linked a couple similar dresses below.
Lastly, the over-the-knee boots I'm wearing are from Charlotte Russe, they are also from 2-3 years ago. I wear a size 7 and I've linked pretty much the same pair below.
